More About Trauma Informed Practices at RCA Lighthouse
Trauma-Informed Practices are approaches and strategies that focus on understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of trauma on individuals. This includes creating a safe and supportive environment, building trust, and promoting healing and resilience. By incorporating trauma-informed practices into our work, we can better meet the needs of those who have experienced trauma and provide more effective and compassionate care.
