More About How to Fall Seminar
Everyone falls at some point in their life. This class shows the right way to fall to avoid being injured. According to the WHO (World Health Organization) falls are the leading cause of injury and injury related death among Americans 65 and older.
Instructor, Bart Axelrod worked as a paramedic in several cities and towns in and around Boston and discovered that falls are one of the most common sources of emergency responses and injuries.
