More About The Divine Sarah Bernhardt: Actress, Icon and Artist with Dr. Beth Gersh-Nesic
Come learn more about Sarah Bernhardt, a French stage actress who starred in some of the more popular French plays of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Bernhardt was one of the early actresses to star in moving pictures. Dr. Gersh-Nesic will discuss her legacy as an Actress, Icon and Artist.
Dr. Gersh-Nesic is an Art History expert and shares her knowledge through teaching and lecturing. Her teaching experience includes teaching undergraduate Art History at the College of New Rochelle, Masters-level coursework in Gallery Management and Exhibits Specialization at Western Colorado University, and also teaches French to English translation courses at Purchase College, Mercy College, and Manhattanville College.
