More About Maple Grove - Annual Boulevard Planting (Volunteers Needed)

Maple Grove Parks & Recreation is recruiting volunteers for the annual boulevard planting. Volunteers greatly contribute to the beautification of our city by planting flower beds on Weaver Lake Road (May 9) and Elm Creek Boulevard (May 11).

Two weeks before the planting day, a parks & rec staff member will reach out with specific instructions on the location of the bed and best place to park. Please note that plantings take place in the median of the road. We do close lanes for safety, but there may be some walking involved to get to the bed from the nearest parking spot. Safety vests & (limited) hand trowels provided each bed. If you have your own hand trowel, we encourage you to bring it as well.
