More About Family Exercise and Movement Storytime with Ruth Bayardo
Children ages 4-10 and their friends and family
members are welcome to join in and have fun at this
kid-friendly exercise and wellness program! During
each session, participants will get up and moving,
as well as learn about exercise and other wellness
