More About History at Home: Legacy of Black Mermaids with the Nubian Heritage Quilters Guild
Drawn from the rich folklore of Water Goddesses and Mermen, Black Mermaids traveled with the
enslaved to comfort them on the ships that took them away from their homeland. The Nubian Heritage
Quilters Guild celebrates their 29th Anniversary with this virtual program and a much anticipated quilt
exhibit on view Sundays through July 14th from 12 to 3 pm
