More About Avanterra Announces Fall Fest and Ribbon Cutting October 19, 2024
On Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 11am to 3pm CST, celebrate the beauty and flavors of the season at Avanterra’s Fall Fest. Avanterra is one of the newest home communities from NWI Development Group. The free event will feature food and drinks for purchase, entertainment and seasonal activities for all ages.
In addition, Avanterra will be having a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 12:00pm with the La Porte Economic Advancement Partnership (LEAP). Business owners and community members are encouraged to attend.
While enjoying great music from The Stray, visitors can purchase delicious south-of-the-border fare from the La Patrona of Michigan City food truck. Beer, wine, coffee and other beverages will also be available for purchase. Event goers can pick out a pumpkin from the on-site pumpkin patch, play games or take a horse-drawn wagon ride amongst the beautiful fall foliage that surrounds Avanterra.
Located at 6865 N Nature Lane in LaPorte, Avanterra offers wooded home sites of 1 to 2.7 acres surrounding a 60-acre private conservation/recreation area. Prices for home sites start at $120,000 and are marketed exclusively by @properties Christie's International RE.
