2 PM: All Ages - come say hi and pet the goats in the greenhouse!
3:30 PM: Ages 18+ - Goat Yoga Session #1 | $25 Per Person
4:30 PM: Ages 18+ - Goat Yoga Session #2 | $25 Per Person
Spaces are limited. Bring your own yoga mat.
A signed waiver will be required for participant.

Goat yoga, also known as caprine vinyasa, is a unique yoga practice that combines traditional yoga poses with the presence and interaction of goats. Participants engage in yoga while goats frolic around, perch on their backs, or interact in other ways. The playful nature of the goats is thought to add an element of fun and joy to the experience, potentially reducing stress and anxiety.
