As many of you have noted that you have already booked your hotel stay but we still have a lot of attendees inquiring about hotels. Here’s a list starting with the hotel closest to the fairgrounds. Note: We didn’t list any hotels that we know are full/sold out but hurry as rooms are going fast!

EXCITING NEWS! ONE DAY ONLY: Back by popular demand - Helicopter Rides! They will be offered only on Saturday, September 27 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- The fee to ride will be per person and all ages can ride (card or cash in line at the helicopter check-in table). They provide rides at numerous events including Balloon Fests and we are thrilled they could join us at least for one day!
MORE NEWS! We will also have the amazing Bedford Jeepers Show and Shine! on Saturday. The Jeeps will start arriving at 9:00am with awards at 2:30pm. We have included their flyer for additional details.
TICKETS: BCT Balloon Fest Per Carload ticket includes parking and entry fee for EVERYONE in your car 🤩! Purchase a one day ticket or for the best value purchase a WEEKEND pass! The SAME carload can come and go all day (or all weekend with the weekend ticket). Click for Details
