The Louisiana Food & Wine Festival takes place March 12 – 15, 2026 in Lake Charles, with all-inclusive food and drink tasting events, including over 300 varieties of culinary, wine, beer, and spirit tastings experiences and 40+ restaurants.

The Louisiana Food + Wine Festival, hosted by Visit Lake Charles will celebrate the best of Louisiana and the South, from its culinary superstars and beverage experts to southwest Louisiana’s unique Cajun and Creole heritage and culture, seafood, artisans, live musicians and more.

One of the South’s leading culinary festival event management companies, The AdFish Group, creators of the Savannah Food & Wine Festival, the St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife and numerous other culinary destination events is producing the Louisiana Food + Wine Festival.

The AdFish Group has helped raise over $500,000 in charitable contributions to non-profit organizations through its various festivals over the past 10 years. The United Way of Southwest Louisiana and SOWELA are Official Festival Charity Partners. The Louisiana Food + Wine Festival will explore the South’s evolving food and beverage culture, through all-inclusive tasting events, learning experiences and a finale Jazz Brunch – showcasing Louisiana at every event. A showcase of the south’s most celebrated chefs, Pitmasters and grill masters with live music and wine, beer and spirits along Lake Charles. Enjoy unlimited food and beverage tastings with a souvenir glass. A fun afternoon of culinary and beverage tastings, with live music in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Charles, along the Bord du Lac. Tickets are all-inclusive for food and beverage tastings, including a souvenir glass for unlimited beverage tastings from hundreds of wines, beer and spirits exhibitors and samplings from some of Louisiana’s best chefs.

This lively Jazz Brunch is one like no other, with an all-inclusive priced ticket featuring unlimited beverage tastings with a souvenir glass, live Jazz music, a lavish brunch with carving stations, Louisiana Seafood stations, made-to-order omelet stations, variety of desserts and more. A variety of the festival’s official beverage partners will participate with an impressive Bloody Mary Bar, Mimosas, sparkling wines, sprits, wine and beer and more. A fantastic festival finale event!



OFFICIAL CHARITY PARTNER

The United Way of Southwest Louisiana is the festival’s official charity partner, with a portion of the festival’s ticket proceeds, along with 100% of the proceeds from a silent auction on Saturday, September 20, at the Main Event, going directly to the United Way of SWLA. The festival is also awarding a portion of the festival proceeds to SOWELA Technical Community College for culinary student scholarships.

The Horseshoe Lake Charles and SpringHill Suites by Marriott are the festival’s official casino and accommodation partners. The newly renovated Horseshoe Lake Charles is conveniently located near Bord du Lac Park, where the festival’s signature events will be taking place on Friday, March 12, and Saturday, March, 13.

Volunteers that participate in a volunteer shift/role on Saturday, September 20 for the Grand Tasting or a total of 8 volunteer hours or more leading up to the Saturday, Grand Tasting or Sunday Jazz Brunch, will earn a FREE TICKET to the Friday night, Fire on the Lake. The United Way of Southwest Louisiana is the festival’s Official Charity Partner, with a portion of the festival’s ticket proceeds donated to United Way of Southwest Louisiana, along with 100% of the proceeds from a “Wine & Spirits Pull” on Saturday. Opportunities are available for adults 21 and older to volunteer. Details can be found on the festival website here, where there is a link to sign-up online for various positions, dates and times.
