More About LA Moonshine Festival

The Louisiana Moonshine Festival is an annual two-day, family-friendly event held at the Vernon Parish Fairgrounds in Leesville, Louisiana. The second annual festival is scheduled for March 27–28, 2026. This event celebrates the rich history and culture of Western Louisiana, once known as "No Man's Land," and features a variety of activities, including:

Live music performances

Meet-and-greets with master distillers and moonshiners, some featured on TV

Moonshine tastings and themed merchandise

Food vendors, including Louisiana crawfish

Cultural exhibits highlighting local history and traditions

Kids 15 and under are free with an adult paid admission. Discounts are available at the gate for veterans, active-duty military, and first responders with official ID. Two-day passes are currently available for $20 for a limited time.
