More About City of Carmel Memorial Day Ceremony 2026
The City of Carmel honors its fallen heroes at the Memorial Day Ceremony each year. This event is held the Friday before Memorial Day at 9am outside at the Veterans Memorial Plaza.
Carmel's American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars posts perform a flag raising ceremony and join the mayor, other dignitaries, and a keynote speaker from one of the various branches of the military at this event.
Complimentary light breakfast provided for event patrons.
