More About Geist Half Marathon 2026
The Geist Half Marathon is one of the most scenic, challenging, and best-supported half marathons in the country. Proceeds benefit health and wellness initiatives for children in the Geist area. The 13.1-mile half marathon, 10K and 5K routes are certified and sanctioned through USA Track and Field.
