More About Greening of the Canal 🍀 Indianapolis
As a kick-off to the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Shamrock Run Walk, The Athletic Club Foundation, in partnership with the Hoosier Lottery, will host the 30th Annual Hoosier Lottery Greening of the Canal on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The event will take place at the Ohio Street Canal Basin (Ohio and West Street downtown Indy). Join the Mayor, the Irish Citizen of the year, and the Hoosier Lottery in turning the canal green. The event is free and open to the public.
