More About Guardian Storage 2026 Spring Shred-It

As a thank you to our customers and community, Guardian Storage is hosting a series of FREE Shred-It events throughout our Pittsburgh locations. These events provide a safe way to dispose of unwanted files, papers, and documents free of charge and no purchase or commitment of any kind. The only request is that a voluntary monetary donation or unopened school supplies be brought to the event to support The Education Partnership. Please limit paper waste to the equivalent of five file boxes’ worth and remove file clips before arrival.

The events on April 18 will take place at the following Guardian Storage locations from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.:

Bridgeville: 1599 Washington Pike, Bridgeville

Cranberry: 922 Brush Creek Rd, Warrendale

Monroeville Haymaker Road: 350 Old Haymaker Rd, Monroeville

North Huntingdon: 14200 Lincoln Highway, North Huntingdon

Pleasant Hills: 1300 Lebanon Church Rd, Pleasant Hills

SAFETY FIRST: If you are physically unable to unload your items for shredding, please leave your items in your trunk and a team member will be able to assist you. Visit guardianstorage.com/shred for full safety precautions.

NOTE: Have more than five file boxes’ worth of paper waste? Check back at the last hour of the event to see if there is space remaining in the truck.

*Shred-It events will be held at other select Guardian Storage locations on Saturdays following this event. View the entire schedule here: guardianstorage.com/shred.
