More About 2026 Be More Awards
Join the City of Bloomington in celebrating volunteerism at the 2026 Be More Awards. Presented by the City of Bloomington Volunteer Network, this year’s event will once again honor individuals and groups who have made a lasting, positive impact on the Bloomington and Monroe County community through years of dedicated volunteer service.
Awards will be presented across eight (8) categories, including a Lifetime Achievement Award (Be More Dedicated), Volunteer of the Year (Be More Impactful), and a Youth Volunteer Award (Be More Energized). Each recipient will be honored with an award and a $1,000.00 grant award to the primary organization they volunteer for.
The Bloomington Volunteer Network will also celebrate the City’s progress towards the goal of logging 100,000 volunteer hours in 2026.
