More About Event Offers Free Legal Help for Adams County Seniors

LASCO (Legal Aid of Southeast and Central Ohio) is holding a free event to help low-income Adams County seniors (60+) put together wills and related paperwork.

Attorneys can prepare Wills, Transfer on Death Affidavits for real estate, and financial and health care powers of attorney. (Transfer on Death Affidavits for real estate allow you to pass on your home to your kids without going through probate.)

Clinic attendees will be able to meet with a lawyer for free and receive advice in these areas. Signing up ahead of time is required. If you are an eligible individual and would like an appointment, please call Candice at 614-737-0121.

The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20 at the Senior Citizens Council, 10835 State Route 41, West Union, OH 45693.
