Join the City of Elk Grove for the Illumination Holiday Festival. Immerse yourself in the holiday spirt as you shop inside the holiday vendor village, enjoy entertainment, grab some food, let the kiddos get inside a bounce house, take a glide on an ice rink, ride the Grover Express Holiday Train, play holiday games, and capture memories with some great photo opps including with the man himself, SANTA!
