More About Medina County Historical Society Open Houses
The Medina County Historical Society will have an open house on Sunday, May 10th. New this year, both museums are now be open on the same day! Stop by on the second Sunday of each month from 1pm to 4pm and enjoy the John Smart House at 206 N. Elmwood Ave and the McDowell-Phillips House Museum at 205 S. Prospect St.
Visit our new exhibit at the John Smart House: The History of Medicine in Medina County, featuring medical tools, a historic timeline, and video interviews.
John Smart House Museum - suggested donation is $5.
McDowell-Phillips House Museum - $10 Adults, Seniors $9, Youth age 7 - 17 $7, and under 7 free! Tours at the McDowell-Phillips House begin every 20 minutes starting at 1pm. Blake Ave. is being rebuilt but the museum will be open.
