More About Auburn Winds Concert Band Presents “Music, She Wrote”
Auburn Winds Concert Band invites you to join them at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 17, 2026 as we celebrate women composers. Conductor Jim Kepfer will lead an entertaining afternoon of music, including "The Twelve Gallon Hat," "Let There Be Peace On Earth," "Taylor Swift In Concert," "The Rusty Bucket," and more.
The family-friendly concert will take place in the Placer High School Theater, near High and Agard Streets in Auburn. Auburn Winds, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is a community band with 40 volunteer musicians of all ages. In 2016 it was proclaimed the Official Town Band of Auburn. Concert admission is free, with donations gratefully accepted.
