More About Wellness in Design at ADAC

Discover the Power of Design to Heal, Inspire, and Transform

Join Wellness in Design at ADAC — an all-day immersive experience that brings together the worlds of wellness, interior design, and neuroaesthetics: the powerful science behind how our surroundings influence our emotions, focus, and overall health.

This transformative day is designed for anyone passionate about creating environments that do more than look beautiful — they feel good too. From soothing sound baths and hands-on exploration to thought-provoking conversations, you’ll experience firsthand how design choices can enhance well-being, balance, and joy in everyday life.

What to Expect:
• A Sound Bath Meditation to start your day centered and calm, guided by Chelsea Szegidewicz
• “The Power of Perspective: How Life Changes Influence the Way We Design” with celebrated designers Tish Mills Kirk and Dana Wolter, followed by a book signing with Dana Wolter
• An interactive workshop, “Designing for the Mind: Architecture, Mental Health & Leading Through Change,” with Emily Schickner, AIA, Principal Architect at Harrison Design
• “Creating Health-Based Design: Beauty, Neuroaesthetics, and Biophilia” with Mike Peterson
• “Applying Neuroaesthetics and Biophilia: Success Stories” with Genna Jacobs-Freeman, John Ballentine and Kat Blue
• “The Power of Color & Scent: A Wellness Reception” with Benjamin Moore, April Black of The Inner Hue, and Urthy

Whether you're an interior designer, wellness advocate, or simply curious about how your space can help you thrive, this is a day you won’t want to miss. Register early to secure your spot for a day where design meets well-being!
