More About Reading to the Dogs: Love on a Leash at Highland Branch Library
In this program participants will get the opportunity to read to a therapy dog. Reading with therapy dogs has been shown to boost kid's confidence in reading and improve literacy skills. You'll also have the opportunity ask the handlers all your questions about therapy dogs!
