The Watermelon Classic Livestock Show is back and ready to showcase the hard work, dedication, and talent of our local youth exhibitors. This long-standing tradition is one of the highlights surrounding the Beauregard Watermelon Festival and Growers Event, bringing together families, farmers, and future agricultural leaders from across the region.

📍 Beauregard Parish Fairgrounds
From hogs to sheep, goats, and cattle, this multi-day show gives participants the opportunity to present their animals, compete, and gain valuable experience in the livestock industry. In past years, events have included multiple divisions across different species, giving exhibitors of all ages a chance to shine.
This event is more than just a competition—it’s a celebration of agriculture, youth leadership, and the deep-rooted traditions that make Beauregard Parish special. As part of the overall Watermelon festivities, it helps highlight one of Louisiana’s largest and most beloved agricultural showcases.
