This training includes: information and template documents that can be utilized for parents seeking to create emergency plans for their children in the event they are deported. Additionally, there are steps that immigrants can take to decrease their chances of detection, to protect themselves in the event of contact with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and to prepare in the event that a loved one is placed in removal (deportation) proceedings. This training includes the following information: How to make a Child Care Plan, Emergency Planning for Minor Children, Caregiver's Authorization Affidavit, Authorization to Travel with a Minor, and Preparing for the Possibility of Return.
