More About Broad Ripple Duck Race & 5k
Join hundreds of runners and walkers on Saturday, June 6th at 9:00am for the Broad Ripple Duck Race 5k!
BROAD RIPPLE 5K
Participants will get a scenic tour of the sights and sounds around the village of Broad Ripple! Proceeds from the event benefit the Broad Ripple Village Association, a nonprofit focused on enriching the community, amplifying public spaces, and improving quality of life.
BROAD RIPPLE DUCK RACE
Stick around after you finish for the Duck Race Festival complete with vendors, refreshments, and the famous Broad Ripple Duck Race where 3,000 rubber duck will race down the Central Canal. Be sure to get your ducks at packet pickup or on race day to have a chance to win!
BUY DUCKS
Starting in May, ducks can be purchased at various Village events and at the BRVA office (818 Broad Ripple Avenue) Tuesdays 1-4pm or Thursdays 8-11am. Ducks may also be purchased at the event from 3-4:30pm.
