Breastfeeding Foundations

This class will prepare you for delivery, your hospital stay, and getting to know your baby in the weeks to follow. It covers breastfeeding basics, techniques to promote bonding and health, and includes time for one-on-one questions with a certified lactation counselor and childbirth educator. Held monthly on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the WCCH North Conference Room, with a fee of $10.
