More About 🎉 OpenStreetsPGH (Downtown + South Side)

Celebrate active transportation and community connection on 2 miles of car-free streets on Sunday, June 28, 2026 in Downtown + South Side!

Hosted by BikePGH, OpenStreetsPGH presented by UPMC Health Plan is a **FREE** community event that temporarily closes streets to car traffic and invites Pittsburghers to reimagine their streets as places for people, not just cars.

Walk, bike, run, skate, dance, and enjoy the open road at your own pace. Jump into a free fitness class, learn how to bike, grab food from local vendors, and enjoy activities hosted by local organizations.

💧This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Please stay hydrated! Bring a reusable water bottle – Water stations and first aid are located at each Activity Hub.
