More About Nonprofit Westchester to Convene Regional Leaders for Cross-Sector Summit on Community Health

From healthcare in the age of AI to how to manage care for the underinsured in the wake of reduced government funding, top-level leaders will collaborate on transformative healthcare solutions at Manhattanville University on June 4.

Nonprofit Westchester (NPW) will launch the first in a three-part series, "Inside the Nonprofit Sector.” The inaugural conference, "Advancing Community Health: Aligning Cross-Sector Action," brings together high-level experts from the nonprofit, healthcare, business, government, and higher education sectors to address the complex issues shaping the health and economic well-being of Westchester County.

The event aims to identify collaborative strategies to address pressing community needs by examining data and trends through a cross-sector lens.

“In order to have healthy communities, we need to address more global issues like income disparity, housing, education and other socio-economic factors. "Inside the Nonprofit Sector" is designed to foster dialogue between industries that have traditionally operated in silos, focusing on how coordinated action can drive systemic change,’’ said Jan Fisher, Executive Director of Nonprofit Westchester.
