Indiana Limestone Symposium Open House

The public is invited to walk the site of the 2025 Indiana Limestone Symposium and interact with artists and carvers during this special open house. Visitors will be able to view progress on the participants' projects and have their questions answered by ILS board members and other limestone enthusiasts. The official Indiana Limestone Symposium t-shirt will also be available for purchase. There will be dust, gravel, and noise. For safety purposes, all visitors must wear close-toed shoes.

The Indiana Limestone Symposium is an opportunity for individuals to learn how to carve limestone from the masters. Workshops are led by nationally recognized stone artists experienced in both sculptural and architectural carving. The Indiana Limestone Symposium occurs June 1-20, 2025 on the grounds of Bybee Stone Company in Ellettsville, Indiana. The open houses are the perfect opportunity for the public to safely view the work of these artists. Everyone is welcome.
