Chicago Build is the leading construction and design show in the Midwest, returning to McCormick Place on October 28–29, 2026.
Each year, the event brings together thousands of contractors, architects, engineers, developers, owners, government representatives and built environment professionals from across the region.
In 2026, we are expanding into a larger hall and introducing three brand new zones: the AI and Digital Construction Zone, HVACR Zone, and Fire Safety and Security Zone. Each dedicated hub is designed to connect attendees and exhibitors within the same sector, with its own conference track delivering targeted, high-impact content for our 30,000+ attendees across construction, engineering, real estate and related industries.
