More About Roswell Flag Day - The Stars and Stripes
Join us at Barrington Hall as we celebrate and discover the history of America’s flag in this program for all ages.
Roswell’s Historic Division in partnership with the Martha Stewart Bulloch chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Martha Stewart Bulloch chapter of the Children of the American Revolution, and the Mt. Vernon and Piedmont chapters of the Sons of the American Revolution, will be hosting a Flag Day program to teach the public about our nation’s flag and its history. The program is family-friendly with activities and crafts for all ages. Learn how our national emblem has evolved over the years and how to properly display and handle it today. The program will include a presentation of colors, bugle performance, and a singing of our national anthem, followed by activity stations and crafts.
