Dreams Unlimited Foundation hosts a free admission and family-friendly community celebration honoring freedom, culture, and unity. The event features a kid-friendly section with interactive activities, food and vendor booths from local Elk Grove businesses, live music from local artists, and an art exhibit showcase.
