WHAT:
Join us for the Ohio’s Hospice 2026 Golf Classic. Enjoy a day of golf, lunch, snacks, drinks, and games of chance all to support our continued mission of serving patients, families and the community.

Friday, Aug. 28, 2026
Registration: 11 am
Lunch: 11:30 am
Shotgun Start: Noon
Awards: 5 pm

COST:
$95 per golfer
$350 team of four
Includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, drinks and snacks.
Sponsorship opportunities are available. Net proceeds benefit Ohio’s Hospice patient care and services.
DETAILS:
Breakfast will be provided by Wilmington Nursing and Rehab.
Complimentary water and sodas will be available. Beverage cart will be available for additional beverages to be purchased.
Space is limited. Hurry and secure your playing spot!
In the case of inclement weather, a rain date will be announced prior to the date of the outing.
