Join us in making a lasting impact by participating in Squeeze the Day 5K, a fun-filled event benefiting the Methodist Children's Home of Southwest Louisiana! Your support helps provide essential care, education, and love to children in need. The course is flat, beginning and ending at Sam Houston Jones State Park, running through scenic park grounds.
