More About Death By a Mile
Get ready for a mentally and physically challenging race starting at 8:00 AM at Sam Houston Park in Lake Charles, LA. The event involves running one mile repeatedly with decreasing intervals until only one man and one woman remain. Prizes are awarded to the final male and female winners. Participants should prepare with hydration, snacks, and appropriate gear for a long, intense day.
