More About Doga - Yoga With Your Dog

Doga (dog + yoga) is a relaxing yoga class designed for you and your dog to enjoy together.

During class, you'll move through gentle yoga poses, and along the way, you'll learn simple massage techniques, calming exercises, and ways to help your dog settle and relax.

More than anything, doga is a chance to slow down and connect.

In a world full of distractions, this class gives you dedicated time to focus on your dog, strengthen your bond, and enjoy each other's company in a calm, supportive environment.

Doga isn't about teaching your dog to do yoga. It's about sharing an experience together.

This class is perfect for dog owners who want to:

• Spend quality time with their dog
• Practice calmness and relaxation together
• Enjoy a fun and unique experience with their dog
No yoga experience is required, and your dog doesn't need any special training to participate.

- What to expect -
The class will start with the dogs having some free time to get familiar with each other and the space.

We will follow that up with learning the calm dog game to help teach your dog to settle.

Then you will be guided through a 45-minute gentle yoga flow, incorporating some poses with your dog and doggie massages.

- What you need to bring -
• Yoga mat (we have extras if you don't have one)
• Your dog's leash (no flexi leashes)
• A bed or mat for your dog to lay on
• Treats or food for your dog
• An open mind
