🍺 Meet the Pour: "PILS"
Bohemian-Style Pilsner · 5.4% ABV · 36 IBUs

Golden, bright, and built for days exactly like this one. Our Pilsner opens with a malt character that's gently sweet, toasted, and biscuity — then finishes clean and crisp with noble hops that make every sip feel like the first. Light enough to keep you refreshed, satisfying enough to make you order another.

🍍 Sweet Hawaiian Dunkel Burger
Grilled and topped with provolone cheese, warmed Black Forest ham, diced pineapple, and sweet Dunkel mayo — finished with our Haus-made Dunkel glaze on a toasted brioche bun. Rich, tropical, and just indulgent enough to make you close your eyes on the first bite. The Pilsner's crispness cuts right through it.

🌶️ Jalapeño Pimento & Bacon Burger
Grilled and loaded with rich melted pimento cheese, two strips of crispy bacon, and chipotle mayo on a toasted pretzel bun — finished with a whole roasted jalapeño right on top. Smoky. Bold. Unapologetically spicy. The Pilsner is the only thing keeping you cool.

Both served with fries. Both made for a cold stein of "PILS."

July is also Pretzels For Pups month.

We're rolling out the welcome mat for the team from UPMC Children's Hospital, who are joining us to help tap the keg and officially launch our Pretzels for Pups fundraiser — supporting their incredible Pet Therapy Program. All July long, a portion of every pretzel sold goes straight to a program that brings real comfort and healing to kids and families who need it most.

As always, The Grkmans kick off the party with live music at 6:00PM...the keg tapping parade begins at 7:00PM.
