Ready to level up your sushi skills? Join us for an exciting Intermediate Sushi Making Class in collaboration with The Poke Express. This hands on experience is perfect for guests who already know the basics and want to learn more advanced techniques in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
During this interactive evening, you will create delicious sushi favorites while learning new skills and techniques from the talented team at The Poke Express.
What is included for $60
🍣 Ingredients and tools needed to make a roll and nigiri
🍣 Make a Rainbow Roll with ahi, salmon, and shrimp on top
🔥 Use a chef’s torch to create Aburi (flame seared) Salmon Nigiri
🥗 Enjoy a light Japanese kani salad with creamy sesame dressing for appetizer
🎁 Take home your own sushi rolling mat and digital recipe cards
🍷 Corks and Strokes is BYOB friendly, so guests 21 and older are welcome to bring wine, champagne, beer, or other favorite beverages to enjoy during the event.

🚪 Our studio is upstairs in the Westchester Promenade and there is no elevator (we are sorry for the inconvenience.)
🚗 Parking and entrance are behind the building. Enter from 28th Street near Rosemary’s Creamery, look for the Westchester Promenade Building about halfway down the row, and enter through the opening next to the Crosstown Taxes sign
🕒 Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to get settled in before class begins

Friendly heads up, vouchers and Create and Sip Credits are not valid for this collaboration event.

This is a special collaboration event with The Poke Express, so all ticket sales are final and no refunds or credits will be issued.
