This class is about making simple, supportive food choices—I will explore how what we eat and how impacts not just our bodies, but also our mood, energy, and overall well-being. By focusing on whole, less processed foods and learning how to read ingredient labels, we can better support the gut, which plays a key role in both immune health and emotional balance. This isn’t about strict rules or getting it “perfect”—it’s about small, realistic steps toward feeling better, one choice at a time.
