Saturday, July 4 | 10 a.m. | Downtown Waxhaw
Line the streets of South Main and North Main as festive floats, community groups, and live music pass by.
This year, we celebrate America's 250th birthday together -- a milestone worth showing up for.
🅿️ PARKING & TRAFFIC INFO!
✅ Public Parking and several "Park and Walk" lots will be available - please see our updated parking map in this post.
❌ No parking along the parade route, including the gravel parking spaces on W. North Main Street.
🚗 The Parade route starts on NC-16 at McDonald Street, travels west on North Main Street, crosses Rehobeth Road, then travels east on South Main Street.
❌ NC-16/NC-75 to and from Downtown Waxhaw will CLOSE TO ALL TRAFFIC at 9:45 a.m. on July 4, and will not reopen until the parade is finished.
🚐❌ The Town of Waxhaw will not provide shuttles for this event. Please plan ahead.
