The Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office is hosting a Hunter Education Course on July 22–24 at the Sheriff’s Office Training Building in DeRidder.
📍 Location:
Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Training Building
412 Bolivar Bishop Dr.
DeRidder, LA
🕗 Morning Session: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
🌞 Afternoon Session: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
✅ Students must attend all three days of their selected session.
✅ A passing score on the final exam is required to receive certification.
Hunter Education certification is required for many hunters and helps promote safe, ethical, and responsible outdoor traditions. Whether you’re preparing for your first season or helping a young hunter get started, this course is an important step.
