The YMCA and the SPCA have partnered up to launch a heartwarming and unique Animal Yoga. Participants can enjoy a relaxing yoga session while playful kittens and puppies roam freely, providing joy and interaction. This program not only promotes physical and mental well-being but also raises awareness for animal adoption. It's an ideal way to unwind, connect with adorable animals, and support the SPCA's mission to find loving homes for these furry friends. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this class offers a delightful blend of exercise, relaxation, and community engagement. Located in Group Fitness Studio. *Please bring a personal yoga mat to class. Class Fee: $30 Proceeds support the SPCA!
