* Birth certificate
* Immunization records
* Social Security card
* Parent or guardian photo ID
* Previous year’s report card
* Legal documents, if applicable
* Custody, foster care or adoption documents
* Two current utility bills showing the service address
One bill must be for electricity, gas, water or cable television. A lease or rental agreement may also be accepted when the parent’s name is listed.

Orientation will begin in the gym. Families may pick up schedules, pay fees, purchase yearbooks, drop off school supplies and pick up spirit shirts.
