In February 2026, the team at KuchenMeister set the record for the world’s largest croissant, weighing in at over 3.5 kilograms and measuring 85 cm long. It was fully laminated, properly shaped, and baked to a genuine golden finish.
The achievement included specialized techniques, 55 layers, and protein-rich dough. The baking process alone took hours longer than a standard croissant because it was cooked at a lower temperature. ��
