More About Annual Backpack Giveaway
Join Word Alive Church for our annual Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway on Saturday, August 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the church parking lot, located off Arch Street.
More than 1,000 pre-filled backpacks packed with essential school supplies will be distributed to help students start the new school year prepared and confident.
Families will also receive coupons for free or discounted services and special offers from local businesses while supplies last.
This community event is free and open to families with school-age children. Backpacks and promotional offers will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to arrive early.
