MONTHLY WELLNESS COLLECTIVE MEETUPS at HAYVN
IN-PERSON EVENT
Thursday, 8/6/26: 4:30pm-6:30pm with All Day Coworking
Note: Meetings are 1st Thursday of the month/alternating daytime and evening meetups
4:30pm-5:30pm: Connect
5:30pm-6:30pm: Learn: Wellness Experience Sampler, a "Show & Tell". Each attendee is invited to lead 5-10 minutes of something experiential. The time you have to present will depend on how many attendees want to lead a segment.OR you can just sit back and take it all in (no pressure to present) and enjoy!You can share a practice such as breathwork, sound healing, meditation, a coaching exercise, or demo a skill.This will be a mini wellness sampler of sorts, and your chance to SHINE!
9am-5pm: Work: Wellness Collective Coworking Day - cowork at HAYVN for day w/ peers
COST

Non-Members: $25, includes your day of coworking at HAYVN
