More About Delaware County Fair
Enjoy exciting rides for the whole family, live music including "The Twist" legend Chubby Checker, heart-pounding motorsports, livestock events, Dock Dogs, Acrobat Circus, Dan the Snakeman reptile experience, Illusionist David Garrity, Mr. Scribbles (turning kids' scribbles into custom cartoon characters), Buffalo Barfield music show, Agri-Puppets, Wheels of Agriculture game show, exhibits and favorite fair food.
Daily highlights (free with fair admission):
• Monday: All-Day Garden Tractor Pull (9am)
• Tuesday: Chubby Checker (8pm)
• Wednesday: Stock Farm Tractor Pull (9am)
• Thursday: The Revival Band (7:30pm)
• Friday: Horse Pull (6pm), The Woodshed Prophets band (7:30pm)
• Saturday: Gymkhana (9am), Matthew Vroman Band (7pm)
Admission: $10 (free for kids 12 & younger). Paid grandstand events ($8): Demolition Derby (Monday), Truck & Tractor Pulls (Wednesday), Truck Pulls (Thursday), Black Cat Hell Drivers Thrill Show (Friday) and Demolition Derby (Saturday)
Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36" & taller) are $35 on site; online before Aug. 17 for $26.25 or 4 for $100.75; and online during the fair for $36.25 or 4 for $116.75. Ride tickets are also available on site and discounted online.
The fair opens daily at 8am. Midway hours: noon-11pm
