More About The Lodge Royale: A Casino Night Benefiting Give Kids The World
Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook, 2815 Jorie Blvd., is proud to announce they will host The Lodge Royale: A Casino Night on Friday, November 6, 2026, beginning at 6 p.m., bringing guests together for an inaugural evening inspired by the glamour of Monte Carlo, all to benefit Give Kids The World Village, a nonprofit resort that provides children with critical illnesses and their families with weeklong, cost-free wish vacations.
Tickets are $50 per person and include chef-inspired hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine, a signature cocktail, casino-style gaming and live entertainment, along with complimentary valet parking. Guests can also take part in auction opportunities throughout the evening to further support the cause.
For more than 40 years, Give Kids The World Village has provided cost-free wish vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families. The impact reaches close to home: nearly 9,000 Illinois wish children and their families have experienced the Village firsthand. Founded in 1986 by Holocaust survivor Henri Landwirth, the 89-acre nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Florida, has hosted more than 200,000 families from all 50 states and 77 countries, and has held a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, placing it among the top 1% of U.S. charities, for 15 consecutive years. Funds raised at the event will go directly toward moments like these: $20 can deliver a welcome home package for an arriving wish family, $50 provides unlimited ice cream for seven families or unlimited pizza for one, $100 helps maintain the Village's fully accessible rides and attractions, and $500 covers travel and transportation services for multiple families making their way to the Village.
Guests attending the event will also get an early look at Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook's newly completed renovation of its 218 guest rooms and corridors. Rooted in the property's original Prairie-style architecture, the redesign preserved the hotel's original hardwood floors while introducing new finishes, layered textures and residential-inspired furnishings, along with mural accents depicting abstract treescapes and a soft green palette drawn from the surrounding forest preserve. Known for spacious accommodations and ample amenities, the 88-acre lakeside property also offers an expansive fitness and spa facility with an indoor pool, on-site dining including Hearth Lounge and Water's Edge, and more than 30,000 square feet of flexible event space. With its updated design and immersive natural setting, Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook reinforces its role as a year-round retreat for guests seeking comfort, connection and tranquility in the Chicagoland area.
