More About πŸ’‰ Back-to-School Vaccination Clinic Exclusion Day Walk-in Clinic- Monroe

Parents, get your child’s required NC vaccines up to date in order to return to school.

Keeping children up to date on vaccinations is one of the best ways to maintain their health and minimize unnecessary absences from school.

Students entering kindergarten, seventh, and twelfth grade have additional immunization requirements. Call 704-296-4423 to schedule an appointment.

Parents have 30 calendar days from their child's first day of school to provide this information. On the 31st day, students without a complete immunization record and/or HA on file will be excluded until it is received.

Please submit all records on or before this date to avoid your student being excluded from school.
