Join Grammy-nominated bluegrass icon Missy Raines during the Appalachian Festival for a conversation about the dynamics of a working bluegrass band, inspiring collaboration and what creative leadership can look like. Each year, the Cultural Events Series (CES) at Frostburg State University brings prestigious national and international performing artists to the tri-state community. The annual presenting series includes diverse genres of music, dance, comedy and theatre.
